3. On the Dialing Pattern tab, add two dialing patterns: “1214” and “1972”, each with

a pattern length of 11.

4. Define a route called “10-digit Dialing” and add all T1 channels to the route. In the

“Digit Manipulation” section, check the first box, select Delete from Head, and

delete 1 digit:
